Home Shop Abroad offer gifts and groceries to individuals and businesses in Belgium and Luxembourg. In order to shop with us you must be at least 18 years. If you require delivery to other countries please contact us at info@homeshopabroad.com
We reserve the right for any errors in our item information. Completed order means that you agree that your personal information is saved in our customer database.
Ordering
Shopping in our web shop is not just easy and fun, but timesaving and cheaper. It’s really easy to get started. You just need to set up your account by clicking on "log in" in the upper right corner and by clicking "I would like to create a user profile". Then just fill out your contact and delivery details and private login & password.
When you are logged in, you "add" your favorite goods from the different product groups to your shopping cart by clicking on the buy button. You may then also choose the preferred quantity.
If you search for a specific product you may enter the product name in the search field. By clicking on any product image a detailed product information will be shown on the screen. Once you’ve finished shopping, simply press the "Checkout" button in the upper right hand corner and follow the simple checkout process. You will get chance to review your order, before you lay your order.
The checkout process will take you through the options for delivery and payment. We accept both Visa and MasterCard. Once you have checked out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us confirming your order prior to delivery.
An order via the Internet is complete when you receive an order confirmation from us. We do not guarantee that we can deliver all the items you ordered. Each time you add a new order with us, please check that your personal details is up-to-date. Home Shop Abroad will not disclose any customer information to other parties.
Delivery
The prices stated on the website are inclusive of Belgian VAT (6% on food products and 21% on non-food, there is no VAT on magazines and newspapers).
A delivery charge is added to your order based on the value of your order and to where we shall deliver. There is a minimum order requirement of € 50.
Due to different delivering fees it is very important we know your exact delivering address and in which Belgium province this address is located.
We home deliver your order the same day if you order before 12:00 during weekdays (Brussels and Brabant area). The specified delivery times are expected delivery times and you need to be home during this time (18:00-21:00). We cannot guarantee that all of your goods will be delivered due to stock quantity, all good that is not delivered will be refunded.
Reimbursement
If there is any dissatisfaction the quality of the goods delivered we will reimburse you for the relevant products if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will then credit your credit card with the same amount. Or you can choose to receive a voucher by email to be used on Home Shop Abroads website. All coupons have an extra value depending on total amount of refund.
You have the possibility to cancel your order up until to 10 am on the day of delivery from our depot by notifying us by e-mail on info@homeshopabroad.com.
